Review and Swatches of Mac Lipstick in shade ‘Mocha’

Hi beauties!!!

How are you my lovely ladies doing? Today I am going to review one of my favorite lipsticks from my personal stash, Mac ‘Mocha’. This shade is very popular and unique neutral shade from their satin range lipsticks and girls like me who loves the neutrals are definitely going to love it.

What the product claims:
MAC describes Mocha as a peachy yellow-brown in satin finish.

Super pigmentation, one swipe is enough for opaque finish.
Staying power:
It can stay up to 4 to 5 hours easily for me

My take on this product:
This lipstick comes in a black sturdy typical Mac lipstick packaging. For me ‘Mocha’ is a sweet peachy brown neutral shade which is suitable for almost every Indian skin tones. Texture wise it is super creamy, a little matte- a little satin finish; some may find this little drying on their lips but I never felt any dryness after applying it. It is soft and smooth, glides very easily onto your lips. This doesn’t cause patches and it never settle into your fine lines. It smells like light vanilla and is not very strong on smell. It is highly pigmented, one swipe is enough for opaque finish and surprisingly it can cover up the pigmented lips. That feature is only because of its intense color pay off formulation, which is really great!!! Staying power is great, can lasts up to 5 to 6 hours with light snacks and drinks, and would only fade a little. This is truly a neutral shade ideal for office wear.
